Shipping policy

General Commercial Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries shall be executed on the following terms:

1.         All printed and electronic drawings, technical documents, quotations and other commercial documents are the property of CORNICEN and shall not be disclosed to any third party without CORNICEN’s prior written consent;

2.         Orders shall not be cancelled after the buyer’s confirmation. In the event of cancellation of any confirmed order, the buyer shall bear all direct costs associated with such cancellation;

3、         The Buyer shall inspect the delivered goods upon receipt and submit written notice of all obvious defects or short delivery within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the goods;

4.         CORNICEN’s quotations include standard packaging and standard stamps on products. Additional charges shall apply for any special requirements for packaging, stamping or logos; 

5.         Unless otherwise stated, CORNICEN’s quotations are valid for 180 days from the date of issue;

6.         CORNICEN’s technical parameters, drawings and other technical documents are subject to change without notice.
