Refund policy
Integrity Cornicen warrants the products to be free from defects of manufacturing and materials for the period of 18 months from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover paint, coating, or surface finish.
The warranty will be invalid for the following reasons:
l The products have been used in a manner contrary to applicable standards and specifications, including ASTM, JIS, TRA, ETRTO, JATMA and ITTAC.
l Products that have been modified without authorization, subjected to secondary processing, repaired by welding, or reprocessed.
l Incorrect Selection: Use with incompatible models, overloading, or operation beyond the specified limits in mining or highly abrasive environments.
l Improper installation: Incorrect track tension adjustment, misalignment during assembly, and failures in the travel mechanism or motor that result in damage to chassis components.
l Lack of maintenance: failure to lubricate on schedule, prolonged exposure to mud and sand, and failure to promptly address seal failures.
l Damage caused by external forces, such as accidents, collisions, falling rocks, and rollovers.
l Mixing new and old chassis parts accelerates wear on the new parts.
The warranty does NOT apply to normal wear, seals, O-rings, rubber parts and consumable wear parts.
This warranty shall remain effective for 18 months from the date of manufacture, whichever expires first. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective undercarriage parts, excluding freight and labour costs.
This warranty applies worldwide.
